In fact it's located on the hill between Lucca and the Versila's coast (Forte dei Marmi ) in a strategic position. From here you can see the sea, Lake of Massaciuccoli and the Apuan Alps.
It's a tranquil setting yet only 20 km from the historical town of Lucca, and 30 from Pisa.
The Villa has lovely green lawns and there are plenty of large trees shade where you can read a book or just relax.
There is also a private large terrace with a private jacuzzi ( hidromassage)
This luxurious detached villa covers 250 sq metres of floor space and is ideally located for touring the area. The property has central heating and inen and towels are provided.

The kitchen has a 2 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine.

Living Room: fireplace, living area seating for 9 people, audio tape player, cd, radio, stereo system, tv and video player. Dining room, seating for 8 people.
